Great Nudity!

The Editor (2014) is a horror comedy based on the old Italian "giallo" movies from the seventies and eighties that were known for their low budgets, stomach churning gore, and gratuitous nudity. Sounds good to us! This love letter to the genre tells the tragic tale of world renowned film editor Rey Ciso (Adam Brooks) whose career was cut short when he lost four fingers on his right hand. Now outfitted with wooden replacement fingers, he has been reduced to working on low budget slasher films at a less than reputable studio. When one of the actors in the film he's currently editing turns up dead at the hands of a black glove wearing killer, Rey soon finds himself the prime suspect in a murder he knows nothing about. It isn't long before bodies start piling up, actors start freaking out, and Rey begins to wonder who is out to get him, or if there even is someone out to get him! From an intentionally confusing plot with vague hints of something supernatural going on, to intentionally bad acting, this modern attempt at the Italian film genre from a few decades ago comes to us from the Canadian film production company Astron-6, who love to let directors create passion projects in their own favorite genres. But while you might not get all the jokes and references, it's pretty easy to understand the plethora of nudity. This film is chock full of naked babes, and kicking things off is the gorgeous Tristan Risk who goes full frontal just three minutes in while taking a shower, before she does a sexy topless dance for one of her costars. We'd love to rehearse some scenes from Risky Business (1983) with her! We also get a nice look at both Sheila E. Campbell and Jasmine Mae's breasts when they end up in bed with two lucky dudes. There's even surprise boob and butt scenes from Mr. Skin Hall of Famer Paz de la Huerta! Throw in boob, bush and tush from Jennifer Kowalchuk and Jynx Vandersteen as they shower together, and you'll think you must have picked up the unedited version! They've gotta make more of these giallos if they're all full of so much action! A good editor never leaves anything on the cutting room floor, especially nude ladies!
