Separate Lives (1995)

The psychological thriller Separate Lives (1995) stars James Belushi as a former cop who quits the force to get a degree in psychology. But his dissociative-identity-disorder-suffering professor (Linda Hamilton), believing that her other personality may have just committed murder, needs his investigative skills more than she needs him as a student. At least one of her personalities also needs him to nail her, and Linda pops out her pointy right nipple to induce him to do just that.
