Savage Dawn (1985)

Like all movie characters named Stryker, Lance Henriksen's ex-Green Beret Ben Stryker is a bad-ass loner with a sun-weathered squint. As Savage Dawn (1984) dawns, he's biking to a small town in Arizona to visit weapons expert and wheelchair jockey George Kennedy. George lives in a weird, weird place, packed full of full-on freaks. Among them are a band of no-goods who call themselves "The Savages" and push their weight around while toodling around on their bikes. When these baddies commandeer a couple of tanks from the local Army base—and just generally hold the whole population at gunpoint—Lance, being a seen-too-much Stryker, doesn't want to take action, but George won't back down until his pal helps him defend the town.
