Puff, Puff, Pass (2006)

Actor-director Mekhi Phifer channels the comedy stylings of Cheech and Chong in the hilarious pot comedy Puff, Puff, Pass (2006). The title of this irreverent laugh fest gives some indication of its herb-loving heart; the film stars Danny Masterson and Ronnie Warner as Larry and Rico, stoner misfits to rival Harold and Kumar. Their fragrant adventures involve a harebrained moneymaking scheme, a disingenuous rehab visit, and a bit of boffing with unlikely female candidates. Ashley Scott stars as one of the buddies’ conquests--an electrifying beauty wearing oh-so-little.
