As has long been known by any tenth-grade loadie, marijuana is a cure for all of society’s ills, and even the most insoluble problems of a stressed-out, uptight, violence-prone gangster can be reduced to nothing more menacing than silly sight gags with the addition of a few puffs of good ganja, administered by a fittingly flitty and fun kewpie girl.
