Othello (1995)

Othello (1995) is Shakespeare’s tale of Laurence Fishburne in the title role as the seemingly cuckold ruler with Kenneth Branagh as the conniving Iago and Irene Jacob as Desdemona. That’s a trio sure to raise your iambic pentameter. This is an abbreviated version of the classic play, but the thrust of the plot and its corrupting jealousy remain intact. This is, after all, the original jungle fever story. Looks like the Bard knew about black men, too, and race baited his audience with an arousing fantasy all the hotter for it being forbidden.  We can see why Fishburne flips for Irene, she has a sexy voice and attitude, and an even sexier body. She even bares some boobies about a half-hour in, though its filmed from a distance, but then we get a nice look at her right boob while getting it on with Fishburne. We’d love for her to get that boob on us.
