On_Line (2002)

Reeling from a bitter breakup, a computer-savvy slacker decides to plug into the alluring world of cybersex in the twenty-first-century erotic comedy On_Line (2002). Josh Hamilton stars as John, a twenty-something who must spend a lot more time with his ex-college roommate (Harold Perrineau) after getting served with his walking papers. Together, the pair cook up a dot-com enterprise called Intercon-X, a network of live sex sites that offer smut on demand. Before long, the computer geeks have stopped leaving home altogether, content to spend their days and nights with pixilated images of hotties like Vanessa Ferlito and Liz Owens. Fact is, it’s pretty easy to see where these guys are coming from––Ferlito, Owens, and a webcam is a recipe for total bliss.
