Objectif bac (2001)

Objectif bac (2001), or The Final Exam, was the French attempt to cash in on the self-aware slasher films that took America by storm in the late 90s and early aughts. Centering around students in a prep academy getting picked off one by one, the film was fairly by the numbers, but it's interesting to see the French traditions and how they inform the genre conventions in different ways. Not to mention the nude scene by Alice Taurand, who briefly bares her breasts while removing her shirt for a rendezvous with her man!
