Müllers Büro (1986)

A private dick and his bumbling assistant try to fight crime but just end up getting laid in the Austrian musical comedy Müllers Büro (1986). A parody of '40s film noir, Müllers Büro features private detective Max Müller (Christian Schmidt) and his assistant Larry (Andreas Vitásek) as they set out to solve a murder, but keep stumbling into the arms of beautiful women instead. High art this ain't--one of the movie's running gags revolves around Müller farting in Larry's face--but there's something for everyone in this farcical flick, from Teutonic goddess Barbara Rudnick to righteous redhead Maxi Sukopp to ebony idol Babsi Balou, all of whom bare boobs in the name of making 'em laugh. Müllers Büro is stickier than the average gumshoe.
