Once upon a time there were movies that took the fairy tales of childhood and updated them for mature viewers. Santa Barbara City College graduate Mariwin Roberts was among the stacked starlets who made this short-lived genre a success. It all began with the R-rated adaptation of Cinderella (1977). Although the musical stars Cheryl “Rainbeaux” Smith in the title role, Mariwin is the real scene stealer. This is especially the case when Ms. Roberts reveals her rack and fluffy muff.
