To all the daytime TV loving couch potatoes out there, Maria Mayenzet is instantly recognizable as “Dr. Diane Bentley” from her stint on the long-running hit soap opera Santa Barbara in the late-1980s. Of course, her career didn’t start there… She worked her way up from guest spots on series like Nero Wolfe and Airwolf (Seems she has a penchant for the lupine set, would you say?) in the early-1980s before landing her first cinematic gig in 1985’s Jeff Bridges and Glenn Close legal thriller Jagged Edge. Sadly, Maria is aced shortly into the film but right before the killer does his dirty business, he rips open her pajamas for a brief, albeit savory sneak-peek at her jajoobies. Unfortunately, that would prove to be the last time Maria would be flashing her flappers before Mr. Camera, although we’re still holding out for a re-teat performance. The better part of her career since then has been spent on the ironically nicknamed Boob Tube, though, on stuff like Santa Barbara, by playing a nun in the Vietnam War drama Tour of Duty, and popping up in a few episodes of Murder, She Wrote, none of which allowed much opportunities for boobage. She did return for some sensual sounding films like Shannon Tweed's pair of thrillers Forbidden Sins (1999) and Dead Sexy (2001), but neglected to show her pair. Maria hasn't acted since 2013, but has been producing short films like Fives and Twenty-Fives (2018), which she also directed. Speaking of numbers, Maria's still an absolute ten so maybe, just maybe Maria Mayenzet's not done taking her clothes off onscreen just yet?
