It was well after the Summer of Love, but the hangover of Woodstock didn't seem to settle over Hollywood. Hippie sex was still fueling a wave of sexploitation and few rode it higher than brunette stunner Maria Aronoff. She has been working the dirty side of the movie road since the birth of the '70s in a series of cheaply made sleaze fests. But it was with Country Hooker (1970) that she really took off in the pants of audiences nationwide. That was followed by Sex Weirdo (1971) and the Godfather rip-off, though it was released prior to Francis Ford Coppola's famous adaptation of the bestseller, The Godson (1971). She also appears in the classic of the genre Wham Bam Thank You Spaceman (1975) as a blonde. Video Vixens (1975) had her sharing screen time with Cheryl "Rainbeaux" Smith, and she was in the notorious Flesh Gordon (1974). She continued doing sexploitation in If You Don't Stop It…You'll Go Blind!!! (1975) and the lusty take on a literary classic The Amorous Adventures of Don Quixote and Sancho Panza (1976). Her last movie, where she was credited as San Francisco's Ultra Girls and played a Satan Worshipper, was Getting Off (1979), but if you really want to get off check out her penultimate prurient production, Fantasm (1976). She gets eaten out and banged out in a rocking chair. Rocking!
