Set in WWI Poland, Jerzy Domaradzki’s idiosyncratic erotic drama Luk Erosa (1987) stars Grazyna Trela as a young widow who passes time with a rotating cast of men. When her husband is killed on the front, Maryska (Trela) barely has time to wipe her eyes before she’s moving in on the dead soldier’s friend (Jerry Stuhr). She later ditches the backstabbing buddy for a steamy affair with a seventeen-year-old kid (Henryk Bista) who can hardly believe his good fortune. All this bed hopping affords Trela plenty of opportunities to show off her treasures, with the Polish jewel treating viewers to languorous views on multiple occasions.
