Love Circles (1985)

In between the release of Roger Vadim’s Circle of Love (1964) and Squeeze’s single “Love Circles” (1990) came the erotic movie Love Circles (1985). Also known as Around the World (not to be confused Prince’s 1985 album Around the World in a Day), this ensemble flick strings together risqué vignettes from across the globe. Under the direction of French filmmaker Gérard Kikoïne, the adult dramedy moves from Hong Kong to Hollywood and Paris to Rome while capturing beautiful twenty- and thirty-somethings in the throes of passion. Unafraid to couple wherever the urge arises, these provocative paramours let loose anywhere and everywhere — from a furniture showroom to an airplane cockpit. Talk about flying the friendly skies! The action kicks off when Brigid (Josephine Jacqueline Jones) unleashes her large nipples while fooling around with a fool. Next, Dagmar (Sophie Berger) bares her breasts and be-thonged buns for some semi-private sex in a bathroom. That goes double for Yo Yo and Ko Ko, both of whom are played by a nude Michelle Siu. For a special treat Jill St. George (Lisa Allison) de-robes to our delight. The alluring act means we get to view the brunette’s ravishing rack, fluffy muff and round rump. Let us kneel to give praise to St. George! If that’s not skinsational enough, Marie-France peels off a super sheer black body stocking while dancing for a dude who obviously enjoys looking at plastic boobs and hairy pubes. Suffice it to say, the performer puts the motion into this motion picture!
