Los inocentes (2013)

Los inocentes (2013) is a Spanish horror film centered around an oft overlooked holiday: April Fools Day. When a group of friends get lost en route to an April Fools Day party, they catch word of a blowout party at an old abandoned inn. Lacking the faculties to determine that this is a terrible idea, they decide to head there and check it out, and are systematically killed one by one. One girl, more than likely the virgin, will probably be the only one to make it out alive. At least there's some great nudity in the film, as we get to see the succulent suck sacks of both Barbara Mestanza and Diana Gomez! If you were hoping for more than that, however, it looks like the April Fools joke is on you!
