Realive (2016)

When 32-year-old Marc, finally united with his on again/off again lover and successful at his art career, is diagnosed with terminal cancer, he decides to cryogenically freeze himself until there's a cure. When he wakes up 70 years later, he's the first-ever resuscitated human to wake up from that kind of sleep. The love of his life, who he left behind is named Naomi (played by Oona Chaplin) and it turns out she froze herself too - only much later. There are plenty of flashbacks to his normal life pre-freeze, and we almost see her boobs during a sex scene, then we see her running across the beach in a bikini. The nurse assigned to Marc after he wakes up (Charlotte Le Bon) is DTF too, giving us a great shot of her butt! Your third leg will feel realive after watching this, too.
