Standing five feet and nine inches tall, Léa Vlamos has striking features that make her a stand-out on camera, whether it be a moving one, or one that produces still frames. Born in Paris, and dancing since the age of six, she’s studied classical, jazz, modern, voguing, and several other dance genres in both her native country and in New York City. With her long and lithe frame, and an innate ability to move gracefully, she segued into modeling, and has worked with Hermès, Adidas, Nike, Vogue, Jean Paul Gaultier, Dior, Shu Uemura, and InStyle, among others. Léa also has her own YouTube channel, where she posts videos of her dance moves, and an Instagram account that regularly requires the use of a mark-up tool to slash across the body parts Insta doesn’t want the world to see (free the nipple!). The dark-haired diva only has one acting credit to her resume, in a role she trained her whole life to play—a dancer in the drama, horror, and musical movie, Climax. The French film was written and directed by the infamous Gaspar Noé, stars Sofia Boutella (best known for getting it on with Charlize Theron in Atomic Blonde), and revolves around a dance troupe who unknowingly drinks a punch bowl of sangria laced with LSD—bad trips ensue. Léa plays a character named Lea, and she can be seen totally in the buff, scrubbing herself silly in a shower, going on about “The blood! The blood!” Blood or no blood, she proves she’s been a dancer all her life with that body!
