La Totale! (1991)

The French adventure comedy La Totale! (1991) stars Thierry Lhermitte as François Voisin, whose life as a secret agent is unknown even to his family. But the secret comes out when he finds out that his son has been skipping school and his wife (Miou-Miou) has been having an affair with a man who may be an international terrorist.
