Born in born in Tazewell, Virginia, Kathryn Harrold started her career in the theater. She majored in Drama at Mills College in Oakland, California, and later studied acting at HB Studio in New York City. After spending some time on the stage, Kathryn landed a gig on the soap opera The Doctors (1976). Her jump to feature films landed her in Nightwing (1979), which sadly never took flight at the box office. Still, she pressed on, landing such notable gigs as The Hunter (1980) and Bogie (1980), in which she tackled the role of Lauren Bacall. She shined as the hot icon from movie days past. In the mid '80s, Kathryn jumped back on the TV ship for one of the title parts on the short-lived series MacGruder and Loud (1985). A string of made-for-TV flicks and not-quite-long-run series followed. Then Kathryn hit the big time, playing Garry Shandling's ex-wife on the hit HBO comedy The Larry Sanders Show (1993). She left after one season, though, for the hospital soap Chicago Hope (1996). The boob tube is great, but there just aren't enough boobs on it. Kathryn got to show off her shapely body as Albert Brooks's long-suffering girlfriend in Modern Romance (1981). In it, she flashed her only flesh to date, including a nice, if a bit distant, full-frontal shot climbing into bed. Sadly, Kathryn hasn't been onscreen since she appeared on her last episode of Greek in 2011, but according to Mr. Skin, it's never too late for a follow-up flash!
