Early in her career, at the tail end of the studio era, Karen Ericson was one of the last actresses under contract to 20th Century Fox. After small parts in TV series like Batman and Felony Squad, Karen made her big-screen debut in the ripped-from-the-headlines true crime thriller The Boston Strangler (1968), where she showed her sweater sacks twice as one of the killer’s unfortunate victims. Later, Karen appeared on big shows like Mannix, Hawaii Five-O, and The Mod Squad, where she showed up in a teeny bikini. She also lent her talents to classic drive-in fare, including The Return of Count Yorga (1971), Roger Corman’s Von Richthofen and Brown (1971), and Hustler Squad (1976). Her last role was in the 1988 frightfest Night of the Demons, but just return to The Boston Strangler if you’re looking to have a night of the semen.
