Jenny Raven was born and raised in Hong Kong where she found a love of performing at a young age. As a kid she took acting and ballet dance classes then after high school she moved to Toronto, Canada, where she attended college and studied science. Fluent in English and Cantonese, her acting career began back in Hong Kong where she appeared in a few Cantonese language movies before landing a lead part as Margo Dubois in the Canadian kid’s TV series Majority Rules from 2009-2011. The cute brunette did a bunch of short films and one-off parts in multiple series before she landed another regular gig on Canadian TV, as Janna in V Morgan is Dead, then one as Erin’s assistant on the Starz original series The Girlfriend Experience in 2016. In the 2017 remake of the movie Flatliners (2017), starring Elliot Page (then Ellen Page) and Nina Dobrev, she was Irina Wong, a player in one of co-star Keirsey Clemon’s dead dreams. In the dreams, Jenny is topless, her hands and arms strategically covering any nipple action, but allowing for lots of cleavage and a good idea of the heft and size of her bosom. You can catch more fully clothed versions of the “Chinese/Brit mixed human,” as she has described herself on social media, as Sasha Dixon in the US series Designated Survivor from 2017-2018, and as Gwen in Kim’s Convenience from 2019-2021, a Canadian series picked up by Netflix. Mr. Skin is thinking, if it’s a dreary midnight, it might be a good evening to Netflix and chill with Jenny.
