Ismael's Ghosts (2017)

Even though Ismael’s Ghosts (2017) isn’t a supernatural flick, it showcases the super naturals on Marion Cotillard (or so we think). Also known as Les Fantômes d’Ismaël, the French film features Mathieu Amalric, Louis Garrel, Alba Rohrwacher, László Szabó, Catherine Mouchet, and Charlotte Gainsbourg’s fit figure. During a couple of scenes, the sexy brunette struts her stuff in skimpy skivvies! If that’s not erotic enough, Charlotte also shows off her body double’s derrière. Ooh la la! Co-written and directed by Arnaud Desplechin, the foreign drama follows a filmmaker (Amalric) whose wife Carlotta (Cotillard) was presumed dead after she disappeared twenty years ago. But when she shows up at his house, his live-in girlfriend Sylvia (Gainsbourg) is none too pleased. After all, two is company and three is a crowd — unless it’s a ménage à trois. As the thriller becomes more complex, viewers need not follow the plot or read the subtitles. All you have to do is fast forward to the 56-minute mark. That’s when Marion goes full frontal, flaunting her fur and naked cans. Perhaps that’s why the pic premiered at the Cannes Film Festival. Yet on second (third, fourth and fifth) look, we’re wondering if what we see isn’t due to CGI since Ms. Cotillard’s breasts seem different from past appearances. Despite any discrepancy, the Frenchie’s funbags are still a treat. And while the characters on screen must try to navigate the twists and turns at hand, Mr. Skin will be busy solving the real mystery over Marion’s mams!
