Implicated (1998)

The plot of Implicated (1998) involves one of those kidnapping plans that unravels immediately and shows why crime does not pay. Some kid and his girlfriend, played by Amy Locane, scheme to take some guy’s daughter. Yeah, yeah, yeah, but who can keep the crime straight when Amy is making lovey-dovey. It’s a bit frustrating, though, as Amy manages to somehow keep her breast bits covered. Not so with Priscilla Barnes, who’s real big boobs are too large to hide under the bikini top and offer an unintentional nipple-slipple. But the biggest unintentional laughs come from President Clinton’s brother Roger, who plays a cop--not cop a feel, though, like his sibling.
