Imogen Hassall was more famous for her formidable rack, which she displayed in various states of undress at premieres and other public affairs, than her work in film. The English tart with the dark hair and the cleavage that went on forever did make a career for herself on the big screen--where else could such huge hooters be properly displayed? Too bad she was a bit skingy when it came to exposing her tit-tastic talents. In the mid '60s she started appearing in provocatively entitled features such as Bedtime (1967) and also on swinging British TV programs such as The Saint, The Avengers, and The Persuaders. While her boobs did their best to escape from the confines of the boob tube, it wasn't until she appeared in the film El Condor (1970) that she finally treated audiences to what they'd been waiting to salivate over. Though only a brief skin scene, Imogen didn't disappoint; let's just say it's a muff-see. Imogen went on to jiggle a bit in the Hammer film When Dinosaurs Ruled the Earth (1970) and jiggle a bit more in the farce Carry On Loving (1970). Her last nudie shot was a glimpse of her famous chest in Bloodsuckers (1972). Her jugs remained outstanding, but her career faltered. By No 1: Licensed to Love and Kill (1979), a.k.a. The Man from S.E.X., and Undercover Lover, it was all over. We're sad to report that Imogen passed away the following year, in 1980, but we're glad for the short time we had with Imogen, who proved to be anything but a Hassall!
