Hard Pill (2005)

It’s not often that Mr. Skin ponders deep thoughts, such as whether man is a creature of nature or nurture. But when I watched the engaging drama Hard Pill (2005), which seeks a pharmaceutical remedy for homosexuality, for a moment my big head took control from my small one. Not that this movie is a bitter pill to swallow, thanks to some brief nudity from Jennifer Elise Cox and an outstanding fully nude fantasy made flesh by Maura Dominguez. Can a pill make a gay man straight? For that you’ll have to see this thoughtful movie. But a straight man will be gay in the old-fashioned meaning of the word after seeing Jennifer and Maura.
