A misogynistic cop uses prostitutes as bait to catch a psychopathic killer in the blood-soaked Polish crime film Fantom kiler 2 (1999). Detective Uri Polanski couldn’t care less about the safety of the local streetwalking population, but he badly wants to nab the goon responsible for torturing and mutilating women in his district. Polanski enlists some courtesans to flush the creep out of the shadows, but the plan backfires when the bad guy slices them to ribbons. Blonde bombshell Eliza Borecka stars as one of Polanski’s women of the night, but her undressing occurs only posthumously. More satisfying are the languorous reveals of Katarzyna Zelnik, who gets some choice flashes in before she’s brained.
