Review

Bruno Todeschini plays a rage-filled Swiss-French emigrant with a low sperm count and mounting personal debt in Fallen Heroes (2007). Luca (Elio Germano) has problems of his own and begins to take advantage of Bruno’s Oedipal rage to try to set him up to take the fall for Luca’s own planned patricide. The movie is filled with angst, explicit sex, and nudity from Mimosa Campironi and Irène Jacob. Maria de Medeiros makes an appearance but keeps her clothes on. Fallen Heroes generated controversy by showing an erect pecker in the presence of a naked Mimosa Campironi. Who can blame him? Just think of all the stiffies off the screen.
