Emoh Ruo (1985)

A young couple decides to build their dream home but hits plenty of snags in the Australian comedy Emoh Ruo (1985). Terri (Joy Smithers) and Des Tunkley (Martin Sacks), are living happily in a seaside trailer park with their young son (Jack Ellis). But Terri has always hoped to own a real home, and after seeing a local home loan commercial, she is determined to start living the dream. The couple gets a loan and buys a freshly built house on a real estate development in the outer suburbs.
