Der Verliebte Teufel (1971)

An officer meets the devil in the form of a beautiful woman. The woman is always by his side and claims to never want to leave him. It seems that the devil, who is taking shape of the woman, has fallen in love with the man, and in turn, she, or it, is literally driving him crazy. Der Verliebte Teufel (1971) is based on the novel of the same name by Jacques Cazotte, and the film updates the story into a modern setting while layering on loads of erotic circumstances to decorate the plot.

Two fine Frauleins do some nude work in the film. First up is the redheaded Birke Bruck, who shows both T&A while pouncing on her dude in bed. She hovers over him in the sack with a very elaborate hairdo. Then there’s the blonde, Christaine Schröder, who gives us a few good looks at her rack, in and out of bed with the main character. If the devil looked like either of these girls, I have a feeling there’d be a few more Satanists among us.
