Comely Deborah Richter really embodies (ahem) the spirit of the quintessential 1980s babe. This sassy brunette with the never-ending rack could make a priest kick a hole in a stained-glass window. Besides baring boobs and butt as Jean-Claude Van Damme's gal pal in Cyborg (1989), this jugtastic chick showcased her undressed best in the super '80s teen steamer Hot Moves (1984). She goes full frontal on a beach with two other naked ladies (Monique Gabrielle and an unknown actress) while a group of kids spy on them through a periscope. Those lucky brats! Deborah, who was crowned Miss California in 1975, appeared in several TV miniseries after her debut in the movie One on One (1977) and was once married to the scruffy dude from Hill Street Blues. She also occasionally appeared on the show as his onscreen wife. Following her brief skinematic glory, Deborah finished out the '80s with a role in the Robert Forster crime film The Banker (1989). The '90s were far less eventful for Deb. She managed to score just four acting gigs over the entire decade, the most famous of which is the Rob Schneider series Men Behaving Badly. She then acted in the 2001 drama Cahoots, which was her only role in a 15-year span. Thankfully Deb returned to the screen in the 2010s in such provocatively-titled shorts as Fully Exposed: Fully News (2014) and Silent Epidemic: Undiagnosed Twerking (2019). Although Deborah's nearing the age where she can get discounted movie tickets, she's still a 10 on the Richter scale!
