Deadly Reckoning (1998)

Deadly Reckoning (2001) was directed by Art Camacho and stars Frank Zagarino as a retired CIA agent living under a new identity. His old partner and ex-lover, played by Elizabeth Giordano (whew, we though the role would go to some guy) remains his love interest. Robert Vaughn adds his heft as the crooked CIA section head who is out to get our hero. He breaks a bunch of bad guys out of an East German prison and has them target Zagarino, who has access to sensitive materials Vaughn wants to sell on the black market. Meanwhile Zagarino’s wife is killed in a car bomb meant for him, but his newly born daughter remains his only connection to a normal life. When he fucks Elizabeth, we see one of her breasts, we reckon.
