Dark Descent (2002)

The direct to video movie Dark Descent (2002) features former TV drama Superman star Dean Cain. The movie is about a corporate underwater mining community that has a bit of a serious accident. A dry-dock chamber malfunctions and kills a few workers. When investigator Will Murdock gets on the case, he discovers that the malfunction was no accident, and now he straddles the line between worker outrage and corporate cover up. He finds himself on a suspenseful journey to figure out the real truth. The brief boobage in the movie comes from Biliana Petrinska, who plays the character Bin. She takes off her top on a bed, and a tiny bit of nip slips into the corner of the scene. Early on in the flick there’s also a bare butt from one of the extras, but I feel we could have gone deeper into nudity with this one.
