Crypt of Dark Secrets (1976)

Crypt of Dark Secrets (1976) is a horror movie, duh, but it’s a joyful one in that it features some well-lit and generally great and long-lasting, full-frontal nudity from Maureen Ridley. In fact, the whole movie feels like it has one point and one point only, to separate Maureen from her clothing. That alone is enough for us. Sure there’s a Voodoo Island for a setting and a crooked sheriff, plus there’s a naked woman who swims in the ocean and turns into a snake. Whatever that all means, and how it gets tied into a plot, is really immaterial, just like the wardrobe assigned to Maureen.
