Blue Eyes (2010)

The bigoted US Chief of Customs and Boarder Protection, Marshall (David Rasche), is being made to retire, so to stir things up on his last day, he rounds up a bunch of Latin American immigrants in order to terrorize them. One of them is Nonato (Irandhir Santos), who is originally from Brazil but has been living in North America for ten years. He’s trying to return to his catering business after visiting his daughter and ex-wife who still live in Brazil, but Marshall won't accept his perfectly legal paperwork, choosing to humiliate and degrade him instead. This sparks Nonato to have a nervous breakdown which ends in tragedy and lands Marshall in prison. Upon his release, after years of self-reflection plus the discovery of a tumor in his kidney, he decides to travel to Brazil to find Nonato’s daughter Luiza, and is helped by a sex worker in Recife named Bia (Cristina Lago) in order to find her and make amends. Cristina spends the beginning of the film in the tiniest tube top imaginable and then finally lets those funbags fly after she and David end up together in bed.
