Blood Runs Cold (2011)

An artist's winter retreat turns into a frozen hell in the micro-budget horror flick Blood Runs Cold (2011). Winona (Hanna Oldenburg) is a successful artist whose manager rents her a cabin in her rural hometown so she can get away from the stress of life in the city. On her way there, Winona runs into her ex and some old friends, who she invites up to her cabin for a little R&R...or to be violent axe murdered, whatever. We've seen this same scenario play out in slasher movies a million times before, but at least the wintry setting ensures that Hanna and her co-star Elin Hugoson's nips will be nice and stiff when the bras finally come off. They look pretty hot blooded to us...
