Beautiful (2009)

As hot teenage girls continue to mysteriously disappear in the suburb of Sunshine Hills, high schoolers Danny (Sebastian Gregory) and his crush Suzy (Tahyna Tozzi) decide to investigate in the thriller Beautiful (2009). An independent film that was partly financed by the Australian government, Sunshine Hills is a fake suburb just outside of Adelaide where three girls have just gone missing. Two were found dead, and while the last one is unaccounted for odds are she's a doornail, too. Danny's dad (Aaron Jeffery) is a cop, but he's more interested in his ridiculously hot neighbor Suzy's theories on the crimes. She's convinced something's up with the people living on their street and sends Danny to do some investigating. When he finds out that Jennifer (Asher Keddie) is frequently visited by a man with some sexual assault charges in his background (Socratis Otto), it looks like Suzy might be right. But before he can tell her, Suzy disappears and it's up to Danny to save her. Only, there's a lot more going on in this one that was frequently accused of aping ideas from stuff like Blue Velvet (1986). A huge plot hole in the flick is that Peta Wilson plays Danny's stepmom, so why would he care about the girl next door when the woman living in his house is so insanely hot? Maybe he's always facing the wall to hide his massive boner. Either way, nobody tell PETA how hard we were spanking the monkey watching Miss Wilson having loud sex with Danny's dad. In fairness, when you see Tahyna Tozzi dancing around the house in her undies, the kid being addicted to the window makes some sense. Daniella Candida does some crawling around in her bran and undies that candidly, we were into. But when it comes to actual skin, all we get in this one is a look at Kristi-Lee Kalendra's cans as she does some topless ironing which Danny watches through the window. That body has Beautiful living up to its name!
