Bad Reputation (2007)

Angelique Hennessy is a smart, quiet young thing who's anything but a tart, but when high-school cruelty gets out of control she ends up with a Bad Reputation (2005). Angie has a mean mommy, a bookish disposition, and a fondness for keeping to herself, but then Jerad Anderson takes an interest in her and lures her to a party. He has an on-and-off relationship with queen teen bitch Debbie (Dakota Ferreiro), but Angie doesn't suspect that anything's up; she shows up expecting nothing more than to have fun. Jerad, however, has nastier things planned, and when she won't put out he pushes the issue and invites a whole passel of pervs to join in. Danielle and her deputy in bitchery, Kristina Conzen, are not content to let poor Angie lick her wounds in peace—they decide to ruin her with vicious rumors about what really happened at the party. Angie knows that the only way out is to get vicious revenge. It's a bloody Carrie (1976) homage that, according to critics, gets horror right.
