Babylon (2022)

The star-studded 2022 awards season contender Babylon takes us back to the raucous Pre-Code Hollywood days, when the industry was transitioning from silent films to talkies. The late 20s and early 30s in Hollywood were defined by a lack of the Motion Picture Production Code established in 1934. Nothing was off the table and the excesses and transgressions of Hollywood's elite spilled from their personal lives onto the screen and vice versa. These wild Gatsby-esque shenanigans take center stage in the lavish Babylon, which comes from director Damien Chazelle - the same man behind La La Land. Hollywood loves a movie about Hollywood, and we love a movie in which Margot Robbie flashes her panties! She plays a hard-partying ingenue named Nellie LaRoy who is schmoozing her way to the top of Hollywood via one booze-fueled party after another. On-screen Nellie plays a college co-ed and she looks so sexy while paling around with the frat boys. Hey Margot, let's get it Babylon!
