Animales racionales (1983)

Shot on a shoestring with a cast of four--two men, a woman, and a canine--Eligio Herrero’s sci-fi fantasy Animales racionales (1983) is a scandalously ribald cult oddity. Existing in a dystopian future where nearly everyone on the planet has died, the film’s four survivors reduce themselves to primitive impulses in order to survive. Fortunately for the remaining fellas, they’ve been left with a delightful dish in lone female Carole Kirkham. All isn’t blissful, however, as the kinky lady decides she’s fed up with her male lovers and turns to the dog to satisfy her sexual urges. Gross, yes, but you’ve got to admit that the blonde goddess looks pretty tasty whether stripping down for man or beast.
