Review

Albert (Jonathan Cohen) and Bruno (Pio Marmaï) are two men struggling with financial difficulties who meet when Albert tries to sell Bruno a TV he just bought during a frantic Black Friday sale at an electronics store. Albert invites to Bruno to attend a workshop about getting out of debt led by Henri (Mathieu Amalric), who himself is battling a gambling addiction. The two men are then enticed by the prospect of free drinks to go listen to a discussion about social justice led by an activist named Valentine (Noémie Merlant) and they decide to join the environmental movement, merely for selfish reasons at first, but then they slowly become more dedicated to the cause. It’s hard not to be swayed, especially when Noémie and other protestors march around with just some black tape on their nipples. Hell no, we’re gonna blow!
