Donnybrook (2019)

Donnybrook is another word for a fracas or a fight, which is exactly what is at the heart of Tim Sutton’s R-rated pic Donnybrook (2019). Based on the same-named novel by Frank Bill, the gritty drama follows Jarhead Earl (Jamie Bell), a bare-knuckle brawler trying to make life better for his junkie wife (Dara Jade Tiller) and their children. Fire, murder and suicide ensue when Earl gets the chance to compete in a $100,000 winner-take-all cage fight against Chainsaw Angus (Frank Grillo). With a name like Chainsaw, you know this meth dealer is a mentally unstable dude whose acts of anger extend beyond the cash fights. Angus’s sister Delia (Margaret Qualley) is an equally unscrupulous criminal with little regard for the law — or for brassieres! As such, the braless babe shows off her pokies in a white T-shirt. In fact, Ms. Qualley steals the whole show out from under her co-stars by flashing her fabulous flesh! First, we get a look at her bare buns as she rides a beaten-up guy in a chair at the 23-minute mark. If that’s not erotic enough, the raven-haired stunner goes full frontal 40 minutes later. That’s when she emerges from a stream wearing nothing but her birthday suit! Needless to say, we get to view her nude breasts and bush. The character she plays may be bad, but Margaret sure looks good! And even though the movie didn’t win over critics, Mr. Skin gives it two thumbs (and another part of the anatomy) up!
