Review

The Japanese fright flick Tomie (1999) stars Nakamura Mani as an amnesiac high-school girl whose hypnotherapy sessions cause her to recall the murder and decapitation of her friend Tomie (Miho Kanno). Meanwhile, the police are investigating a string of brutal murders that all seem, impossibly, to have the same victim—Tomie. Along with all the supernatural horror, we also get a look at the all-natural wonders of Rumi, who briefly gets topless. Come To-mie, Rumi!
