Directed by Sion Sono, this rap musical gang battle movie certainly fits it own genre. Tokyo Tribe (2014), set in the not-so-distant future, shows a Japan ruled by opposing gangs, all of which naturally want to take over Japan. The tension between tribes is mostly worked out through rapping (except for that one woman-eating cannibal), making for a surprisingly awesome movie. When the leader of the only non-violent gang is murdered, anarchy ensues and the tribe folds in on itself, instigating a city-wide war. The good news? The women can't seem to keep their shirts on! Kokone Sasaki's shirt is ripped open by some dude, showing off a perky pair, and Nana Seino's bra is cut off, too. (What kind of gangs are these?) We get a glimpse of Aki Hiraoka walking around in her bra, cementing our newfound love of this very obscure movie genre.
