Titus (2000-2002)

Based on Christopher Titus's stand-up act, the edgy, dark, too-brash-to-last sitcom Titus stars Chris as himself—a childish guy with an obscenely screwed-up family. He narrates each episode from a black-and-white "neutral space," explaining with humor the horror that is his life. Covering everything from suicide to terrorism to growing up with a raunchy, rage-filled baddie for a dad, the show lasted three seasons before FOX got a cramp in its censoring hand and folded the whole operation for good.
