Three Floors (2021)

This Italian drama centers on a condo building in Rome and three of the families that reside there. The first is Lucio (Riccardo Scamarcio) and Sara (Elena Lietti) and their infant daughter. Lucio and Sara both work, so they enlist their elderly neighbors Giovanna (Anna Bonauito) and Renato (Paolo Graziosi) to look after their daughter during the day. When Renato starts exhibiting signs of dementia, Lucio takes his sundowning as a sign that he’s actually abusing his little girl. He even involves the police, but when the cops find zero evidence, Lucio does his own snooping and ends up having sex with the couple’s underage granddaughter Charlotte (Denise Tantucci). Then there’s Andrea (Alessandro Sperdute), who accidentally kills a woman while drunk driving. His mother Dora (Margherita Buy) wants her husband Vittorio (the film’s co-writer and director Nanni Moretti) to use his influence as a judge to get Andrea a lighter sentence, but Vittorio thinks jail might be just the wake-up call his son needs. My Brilliant Friend star Alba Rohrwacher also shows up as a lonely pregnant woman whose husband is away on an oil rig, but she leaves the nudity to Denise, who tempts Riccardo with her tatas and then bares it all when they have sex on the couch. You’ll be absolutely floored by this, her nude debut!
