The Stewardesses (1969)

The Stewardesses (1969) is a high-flying 3-D romp that broke box office records as a sexploitation skinsation during its initial run and then again throughout the ’70s, ’80s, and even well into the ’90s as a campy midnight movie. Made for a mere $100,000, the film is the most profitable 3D pic ever released — and this doesn’t include all of the spank bank interest it must have accrued! The plot takes place during one night. Despite the fact that the main character commits suicide, the flighty flight attendants enjoy girl-on-girl action, go go dancing, LSD trips, and a visit to an amusement park’s haunted house. Making the most of three dimensions, Ursula (Monica Gayle) goes full frontal while practicing yoga just 13 minutes into the flick. Karen (Patricia Fein) does her one better when she bares her breasts, bush and butt while taking a shower 27 minutes in. Soon after, Cindy (Beth Shields) displays her naked T&A and self-love during a masturbation scene at the 48-minute mark. Meanwhile, Samantha (Christina Hart) reveals her rack in the sack. The same can be said of topless Tina (Paula Erickson) who also serves up her clam while doing it with some man. To change things up, Kathy (Katrina Frank) exposes her pointy peaks and fluffy muff while getting stroked by a lucky lady. Last but not least, Wendy (Janet Wass) lets us see her three Bs while getting busy in bed. Needless to say, these sexy stewardesses bring new meaning to the term layover!
