In 1936 Madrid, and Dr. Guillermo Garcia Medina (Javier Rey) , a Republican, is saving lives and helping wounded soldiers of the Spanish Civil War no matter what their political and social background is. One of those in need of care is Manuel Arroyo (Tamar Novas), a spy set to infiltrate a secret organization tasked with getting fleeing fascist war criminals settled in Spain and Argentina, and the good doctor ends up partnering with Arroyo to take them down. Based on the Almudena Grandes' book Los pacientes del doctor García, this ten-hour long series features the vivacious Verónica Echegui and her terrific T’n’A in a number of skintimate, sex-filled scenes, plus a few more bare boobs from Itziar Atienza and Claudia Traisac. Even Stephanie Cayo joins in the fun! You don’t patience, though, the nudity starts in episode one!
