Not beat poet Allen Ginsberg, but Italian erotica maestro Tinto Brass is behind The Howl (1970). The movie follows heroine Tina Aumont as she is carnally assaulted by the police after a student demonstration, leaves her husband-to-be (Nino Segurini) at the altar, and runs off with a stranger (Luigi Proietti).
