The Changeling (2023)

Told in a non-linear fashion, it’s the story of Apollo Kagwa (LaKeith Stanfield), a book appraiser who meets a librarian named Emma Valentine (Clark Backo) in Fort Washington, New York, in 2010. He pursues her but she turns him down, being more interested in travel and adventure than romance. After she returns from a trip to the Brazilian jungle (where she had a haunting encounter with a very witchy woman) the two reconnect and eventually marry. We see flashbacks of both Apollo and Emma’s traumatic childhoods - his father was abusive, her parent's died in a fire - as the two welcome the birth of their son, Brian. Now the trauma picks back up for Emma, who starts to experience extreme postpartum depression, insomnia, and even paranoia as their crying baby has trouble eating and sleeping, causing Apollo to fear that his wife is going crazy, especially after she reaches out to an occult-ish online group called the Wise Mothers for help and then disappears. But once the POV starts to shift from Apollo to Emma, it seems something more sinister might be going on after all. But let’s get back to the best part - the sweet, sweet baby-making! Clark and LaKeith get to it in the very first episode, with Clark showing some nice sideboob and sidecheek while the two thump thighs. Ms. Backo will make you jacko!
