The Bagman (2002)

The Bagman (2002) begins with the pitiful circumstances of young Jack Marshal, whose house burns down and leaves him covered with grotesque scars. The local kids are such monsters that they not only mock and torture poor Jack, they ultimately drown him. Fifteen years later, Sue Creswell (Stephanie Beaton), who witnessed Jack endure his lethal abuse, returns to her hometown, and shortly thereafter, the original tormentors start turning up violently murdered. Is Sue the killer? Is Jack back? Does it matter? Yes, of course it does, because in the course of unraveling the mystery, we get to see Ms. Beaton’s topless beach balls.
